Lotte Schuurs
Lotte (1976) has been working in employment law since 2001, mostly as a lawyer and for several law firms (including Loyens & Loeff, Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten, and Blumstone Advocaten).
She has extensive experience in advising and litigating on dismissal, labor disputes, illness cases, and other employment conflicts.
Her clients include both employers and employees.
Lotte is committed, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
She is open and approachable and also considers the human aspect in the process of finding a solution.
On a regular basis she also advises expats, communication in English is not a problem.
In 2023, Lotte completed her Mediation training as well as Executive Negotiations.
